Effective January 1st 2010 at 12:00 a.m., all apparatus are to use the new fuel cards assigned to each vehicle. The cards are being dispersed today to each station. No fuel is to be acquired anywhere except the closest open fueling station in each territory.
Instructions for use:
Swipe Card at pump or in store and follow instructions
The driver id number is the last four digits of your social security number
When refilling fuel cans-use the odometer reading on the apparatus
This fleet program allows us to real time monitor on the internet, every purchase and transaction down to the mile and gallon. Any unacceptable use will be noticed and caught.
Personal or inappropriate use of these cards will result in immediate termination!!!
